How do I order more than 4 charms?

Currently, we offer a maximum of 4 charms per necklace so if you would like more than 4 charms you can add those on another necklace. For those who need to order more than one necklace, we recommend wearing them together for a layered, stylish look.

How do I customize the engravings?

Once you select the number of charms and birthstones, there will be a textbox to enter the engraving. The engravings are limited to 10 characters.

How do I order additional necklaces?

If you'd like to order a second necklace, create your first one with the desired personalization options. Then click the blue "Add to Shopping Bag" button.

You'll be taken to the cart page where you can review your cart and current necklace. You can then click on "Precious Prints Necklace" at the top of the page, or in your cart to go back to the necklace page where you can personalize your second one.

Are the charms easily removable?

The charms can be removed from their chain, but it requires using pliers. We don't recommend doing this to fit more than 4 charms on a single necklace. Check out our answers to the questions above to see how we recommend buying and wearing more than one of these necklaces.
